This gem of a restaurant was a total find. It's located in the heart of the city. While Westfield may be an uninteresting location, it's tucked at the back of the beautiful boutique which makes you forget that you are in fact at the mall. We started with the olive amuse bouche, hawaiian volcanic salt topped butter with sourdough bread. For entree, we had their salmon gravlax and beef tartare, both were absolutely divine. My favourite were the mains, we had the lamb shoulder, which was perfectly cooked and the cauliflower, brocoletti, anchovy and pistachio side made up the perfect summer meal. We also had the veal fillet with the toasted quinoa, i loved the toasted quinoa! Dessert was lime leaf terrine which we devoured in no time! Lastly, we had petit four with their excellent tea selection. All their dishes were exquisitely presented. The restaurant is both elegant and quirky. Service was excellent. They mentioned that the menu is about to change for winter, can't wait to go back!

Excellent food and attentive service but ony after waving staff down every time. Staff delivered dishes then disappeared behind rubbish bins that should not have been visible to diners. Shame.

This little gem is tucked away amidst the city's fashion ghetto. Presenting itself as a concept restaurant, diners walk the catwalk to reach it, and are then treated to fashion exhibits on the screen while they dine. The food is amazing - beautifully presented and each course is a fusion of taste sensations. I found the bombardment of fashion adverts started to grate on me after a while but it was a small price to pay for excellent food and service.

Where can I start... This is my new favourite restaurant! We first dinned there using a Travel Zoo deal but have been back twice since.
It is hidden away at the back of a retail shop in Westfield Sydney. If you weren't told about it you wouldn't even know it's there. It's such a cute fit out, a bit quirky with projections of old movies on the walls, lights in the floor and eclectic paintings.
I have to recommend the Pomegranate Margarita - absolutely amazing. I could drink them all day!
Then the food, wow. It's like a painting on a plate. Such beautiful food which also tastes amazing. It's all the little touches they have 1) when your seated the waiter pours warm water onto little white pills in a dish and they expand/grow into hand towels so you can wipe your hands. 2) they have 2 different flavours of salt, pink rock & smoked salt 3) the butter is sprinkled with volcanic salt which makes the bread extra delicious. Also the waiter & manager on all 3 visits we have had are so friendly and very chatty. I love love love the place it is such a great experience.

Delicious food, excellent service and knowledgeable staff. It was a beautiful culinary journey and I enjoyed every course of it. This is a hidden gem located in the Sydney Westfield Shoppingtown tucked behind the fashion store Cara & Co.
