“Brass Best Bistrot in Sydney”

Had the pleasure of going to Brass again last week.
Darren Taylor and his team are outstanding.
He specially cooked my wifes favourite Calves liver even though not on the menu, he had it delivered that day as he knew she was coming in.
The spatchcock was sensational deboned and delightful, Barramundi to dir for.
The deserts beyond reproach The apple tart, twisted spoon (tiramusu) and my favourite trifle.
One word fanbloodytastic!
