I happen to have a fear of depths, and therefore I would never clime Sydney Harbour Bridge. Although it is a totally different kind of thing, the Pylon Lookout brings you almost as high as the top of the bridge (ok, almost ;) ) but still with the safe feeling of the solid rock around you. Inside there is an exhibition about building the bridge, which is compact but very informative. The walk up is an easy one, so doable for everyone. A must do if you visit Sydney.
