Every time when I visited Sydney I spend here few hours. This is a place of power. When I’m here I feel that all my dream become true. There are many cafes and shop near. And very often you can meet here the biggest ocean ships - very beautiful and very romantic. I love this place!

How do you rate the greatest harbour in the world? 5 out 5. Just love being anywhere on Sydney harbour. Eating, drinking or taking a ferry, all good.

The harbour is Sydney’s heart. A public ferry trip from Circular Quay to Manly and back ( with lunch at Shelly Beach or at any number of beachside restaurants) gives you a taste of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, urban and parkland foreshore and views out through the headlands to the open sea. It is spectacular. If time permits, do one of the harbour foreshore walks from:
- Lady Macquarie’s Chair throught the Botanical Gardens, around the Opera House to the old city ( The Rocks) under the Harbour Bridge,
- the Spit Bridge to Manly, or
- Cremorne Point to Balmoral, or
- Rose Bay to Watsons Bay. Each walk follows the waterline through nature reserves with occassional harbourside streets.
Each ends at harbour and/or beachside spots with wonderful restaurants and bars.

One can't get enough pictures of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Magnificent view of the sunset anywhere in this area but most especially from Royal Botanic Gardens.

I am well travelled and live in Sydney. This Harbour is the best(Auckland next) for enjoying. If you are lucky enough to sail in or out of the heads on a cruise ship you are in for a beautiful sight. Enjoy....
