was someone unimpressed by the tour
very basic, felt like information i got could have been read by me in a brochure
neat to see the interior space- have to do a tour to see it
but feel as though a tv special would have showcased more

“Carol & Malcolm's retirement trip.”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

An organised walk through the opera house during the daytime was very interesting and the guide gave us the colourful history of the build that took place with all it's ups and downs. It's one of the must do events during your stay, with plenty of photo opportunities outside. We also made the time to walk around the opera house and harbour in the evening with all the lights it was fantastic.

“The Most Exciting Building in the World”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

The excellence of the architecture is matched only by the stunning quality of performances, inside. A unique and very special experience. Try the Guided tours, before a memorable concert or show...

“loved the kitchen”
Reviewed January 15, 2013

We didn't go into the opera house as nothing showing at the time was that interesting to us. However, we went to the opera kitchen and watched the fireworks there. It was fantastic, a little disorganized, but a perfect location.

All I can say is wow. It is amazing. Make sure to take lots of pictures. If you take the fairy to manly then should get the best views.

Worth all the time in the world to go see.
