“One of the great organic buildings”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2013

The Opera House ranks with Gehry's Guggenheim Bilbao, Le Corbusier's Notre Dame du Haut Ronchamp and Gaudi's Parc Guell as one of the finest examples of organic sculpture/architecture. Fabulous - the symbol of Sydney

Have seen the outside many times - but if you are there book a ticket to a concert. My daughter was playing with AYO which made it more impressive but it is well work the visit for anyone.

“Opera is more than a song”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2013

The opera house is worth researching a little more than the front page news.
Look a little further and get a little more involved in this great city.

The playhouse the botanic gardens the pre show presentations in the foyer and a preshow drink at the opera bar.... Join in a triathlon in the gardens.... And swim to the sails of the house.

Be adventurous and find a theatre behind the main stage..... Tues wednesday Thursday .. Any night is a great night in the harbour.. Water taxi is a great arrival a toast and hoorah

“Guided tour”

Informative presenter. What a fantastic place. You need to go through it to fully appreciate the size and scale and architecture. Don't leave without attending an event which makes the whole experience that much better.

“Brilliant Master piece!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2013

It was a fascinating experience. We joined the inside tour group. Having heard the history of this it was a great experience to see the giant auditoriums and to visit the different sections. Worth the money we spent. So much so later we took a boat trip to see the magnificent view of this from the sea, the full front view and to see it from a distance! We were fascinated with the architecture.

I sincerely wish if there were some DVD showing this master peace and its details, history and the inside view of those studios.
