We visited the museum on a week day and it was not at all crowded. The museum is very detailed about Jewish history especially the cruelty and persecution suffered during the 2nd World War under Hitlers regime. The videos and artefacts on display are confronting and the stories which go with them very sad. It is not a large museum but there is plenty to see and it contains a coffee shop. The museum is over 3 levels. It is not really a place for small children. There are guided tours which are included in the entrance fee. It is a short walk from Kings Cross station. It was an eye opening, experience and I would visit again.
