We had the very special experience of a child survivor of the holocaust speak to us of how her life was shadowed by her experiences and this was in addition to seeing the exhibitions of Jewish religious objects and the powerful holocaust objects and photos. Most moving was a pile of children's shoes- all of victims.

We wre tolf by friends to visit this museum and we were not disappointed. We were dropped at the museum after our Sydney Tour and the highlight for us was being able to spea with a survivor. Look on the museum website and plan your visit to coincide with being able to talk with a person who lived through this terrible period. Highly recommend

We really never forget our visit to this museum this year, and we so love it. This is not a big museum but well laid out. It have totally 3 floors, with a lift, so you can easily lazy yours steps on stairs. The receptionist at front desk were very helpful, and really informative

Very good exhibition considering it's in Australia. I liked the historical photographs but I didn't like the mood it put us in. This is not an uplifting exhibit. Go, but be prepared to leave depressed!

Didn't really know what to expect so was pleasantly surprised. Not a big museum but well laid out. Set over 3 floors, with a lift for those not able to use the stairs.Ladies on the front desk were very helpful had just enough time to see the video before the guided tour. The guide explained everything with in depth knowledge and humour, the time flew by. Jewish history from a Australian perspective.
