Must say the staff are excellent and could not be more helpful and make you feel welcome, especially Jess on the front desk. Highly recommend. Rooms are neat and clean. You pay for the location. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable :)

Room Tip: Level 2. sliding door for fresh air and nothing blocking your view

STAY HERE!!!!!!! This hotel offers such a unique way to experience Sydney Harbour, the waves literally wash up under your room. You feel like you are part of the harbour. The experience is akin to being on your own private yacht. The staff were exceptional (particularly the concierge and check-in staff!!!) The room service was very reasonably priced and the quality of food was great! It's a quick and picturesque ten (10) minute walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay Unlike the Park Hyatt, just around the corner, the location is quiet and peaceful and you won't have a thousand tourists looking into your room. We were exceptionally lucky to have been upgraded from the Walsh Bay suite we had booked to a Harbour View Balcony suite. Quite simply, SUBLIME!!! We enjoyed our own enormous private entertaining deck perched over the harbour. Watching the boats pass by and hearing the waves lap up against the building is something we will always remember. The decor in this very large one bedroom suite was incredibly stylish and included a freestanding egg bath. The complimentary toiletries were plentiful and beautiful. This hotel really is one of Sydney's best kept secrets. You actually relax in this hotel. We will be back!

Room Tip: Choose a Walsh bay facing room. If the budget will stretch definitely go for a Walsh Bay Suite and if is a very special occasion then go for a Harbour View Balcony suite. A wedding party was holding an intimate cocktail party in the Harbour View Balcony suite that adjoined ours.

Nothing beats this hotel for location. Away from the madness of the city but close enough and reason enough to walk everywhere. Awesome restaurants close by and theatre and dance as well. The concierges are worth their weight in gold - they always have the info you need and are happy to share.
