been staying with this property for a few times now, and this is the time review for it.
arrived around 12pm, room was not ready, which was fine. pre-register all the details and have bags in storage. came back about 3pm, got served by a supposedly a manager (name badge with two names). no smile, no acknowledgement, was standing there for 15 minutes to collect the room key. some acknowledgement would be nice. a smile would be nice!
no complaint about the room, clean and lovely. however, the hotel might have cutting cost? no complimentary bottle water? no slippers? I mean I could request for them, but what's the point; they should be in the room already, maybe even one pair. lovely Hyde Park view.
As a SPG Platinum guest, was given Club Lounge access, but as we were there on the weekend it was packed. TIP: be there early to score a seat!More
