Poor organisation of check in and room allocation meant that we were given a room that was still being cleaned and the facilities and furnishings where nice but of an average standard. Staff were helpful but didn't offer any compensation for a few issues that we encountered. High price for what was nothing that I haven't seen or experienced in other lesser rated hotels.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a tripadvisor review regarding your experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sydney. It is through such feedback that we can isolate issues and areas in need of attention. Your feedback is particularly important in helping us achieve our goal of 100% guest satisfaction.

Upon reading your review I noted your comments regarding allocating you a room that was not ready. Whilst I was happy to hear the staff were helpful,
I sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience that these issues may of caused. Please rest assured that I have passed your comments onto the Front Office Manager to follow up on these matters to ensure that future guest are not inconvenienced as such.

Furthermore, I also took note of your comments in relation to the pricing. As a five star Hotel we regularly compare our rates to that of the market to ensure that we are competitive. I have however passed on your comments to the Director of Revenue for further review. For any future stays please contact our friendly reservations department and they will ensure to offer you the best possible rate for your next stay.

Cara646, these issue aside, I hope that you enjoyed your stay with us and we are given the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel in the near future.

I've stayed here a number of times now over about 4 years - Completely reliable; friendly staff; great hotel bar; close to Wynyard Station, Pitt St Mall and Circular Quay. I love coming back here every time I'm in Sydney.
