The best part our stay was opening the curtains every morning & seeing the Sydney Harbour Bridge on our door step. It was truly amazing.
We stayed for 3 nights, bed was comfortable & room clean. The rooms were large & though we didn't use the kitchen we welcomed the space. We loved that we could walk to the Opera House and great restaurants. A short walk to the ferry. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will be back.

My wife and I had a brilliant experience at the Pullman Quay Apartments, they are so central to all the things we like to see and do. The service was as we expected attentive and obliging at all times. Our room with its Harbour View was to a high standard and we tried for the first time stay in our room as much as possible. We were lucky enough to have the Vivid Lights on at the same time as our stay. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversay but can highly recommend the Pullman Quay Apartments to visitors and Aussies alike even if your not celebrating anything special, this place will make it feel like you are.

We recommend this hotel to anyone - especially if you're visiting Sydney for the first time.

It's hard to beat the location - if you have a harbour view room, you will probably be mesmerised for long periods of time, just watching the busy ferry quay as small, large and fast ferries maneuver for docking. With the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background - this is one of the best views in Sydney.

Getting around Sydney is also made easier with a train station and bus stops on your doorstep. On this occasion we caught a train to the Sydney Olympic Stadium for a special event - and travel was easy and quick.

If you're here for the first time...catch a ferry to Manly and walk to the beach (much prettier than Bondi Beach). Then grab a bite to eat at a wide selection of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. If you have kids...catch a ferry to Taronga Zoo - with a spectacular view of Sydney Harbour from the other side. The Sydney Botanical Gardens are just across the road from the hotel - a must for a walk or a jog.

Our last visit to this hotel fell short of an 'excellent' - mainly due to the grotty state of the room and the unavailable instant coffee. Our room on this occasion was spotless - including the windows and the instant coffee is now included. Shame they're still charging for the pod coffee - possibly the reason why we witnessed other guests carrying take away coffees purchased elsewhere? But small point in comparison to the other pluses - including responsive, courteous service, more room than you are likely to find in other Sydney hotels, great variety of cafes and restaurants nearby (highly recommend 'Aria' and 'The Quay'), a cinema next door, Sydney Opera House is a short 5 minute walk, the Botanical gardens are across the road, CBD retail shopping is a 10 minute bus or train trip away and then there's that spectacular harbour view.

We live here...and we'll be back!

Room Tip: Harbour view rooms provide a view of the Sydney Harbour bridge and the ferry terminal; Garden rooms...

This was my second stay at Quay Grand and I was equally impressed this time. From the porters to the Concierge the Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a mix-up with our Room Service dinner - the order was forgotten and we had a wait of 90 minutes or so - consequently when our meal finally arrived we were told it would be complimentary along with a very nice bottle of wine and we were also offered breakfast on the house - which by the way was enjoyed in our room and was to die for.

We can't wait to return and would recommend without hesitation. The property is in an ideal location with the Opera House literally on your doorstep.

This is one of our favorite hotels anywhere. We stated here for three nights in May in a harbour view room. Each night at 6 pm we sat on our balcony and enjoyed the lights from the Vivid Festival. The location on the circular quay is wonderful. You are a short walk from the Opera House and the Rocks so there is not much reason to leave the area. We had a one bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the ferry terminal and the Harbour Bridge. An added bonus was the kitchen and the washer-dryer. Our stay here was midway in a three week visit to Australia and it felt good to unpack and spread out. We would stay here again.

Over the years I have stayed in loads of hotels and apartments in Sydney for both business and pleasure and I would have to say that the Pullman Quay Grand was the best. Apart from the amazing location and views, which were made even better with Vivid, we found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early because of the extremely bad weather on the day, but were checked into a room without any fuss or drama by the Manager on Duty. Its one thing to have an amazing location view but just as important is the service and I thought they were great at the Pullman Quay.
