Rooms are small, but clean. Could hear noise from the street through the window and could hear noise in the corridor outside my door. Small tv on the wall. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Had to wait a long time for the two lifts. Meals were good value. Great location and close to tourist sites.

Lovely location, great for tourists who have time to explore. Friendly and helpful staff on reception desk most of the time. Nice buffet breakfast. Only 30 mins free wifi per day. Stayed over new year and prices took a hike up - as they did all over Sydney.

even though the room was very small, it was clean, the service was excellent and the meals were good value with the accor card. great location if you want to catch ferries and there are plenty of restaurants, take-away etc. The only problem we had was getting from the carpark back to the hotel. The signage wasn't great and the lifts up one end weren't working.

I have stayed in the area before and it is very convenient.
The location and entry is good. Staff were pleasant.
The room overlooking DH is too small and has been finished cheaply
AC is noisy and walls are too thin.
However, I got what I paid for and for one night it was bearable.
