Stayed only the one night but what a way to sleep in comfort and style. A full view harbour room with champagne was easy to enjoy. Room wasn't huge but had everything you needed and the beds were like clouds to sleep on. Staff were fabulous esp the consierge staff, they had all the little touches that makes this hotel stand out, umbrellas in case of rain & bottled water too. A short stroll to the Quay for restaurants or the Rocks markets, ideal location but if you're going to the Lyric theatre or Darling Harbour do it before peak hour, it can add quite a bit onto the taxi fare sitting in traffic at 6pm, lucky we had 4 to share the cost. Treat yourself or someone, you'll remember your staff and hopefully for all the right reasons

The location is the best but the rooms absolutely need an update. $700 for a room that looks like it's stuck in the 1980s. The 4 seasons needs to upgrade in order to be what it once was - the best hotel in Sydney.

We booked a harbour and city view room for our First wedding anniversary and all I can say is WOW the room was awesome, the view was second to none that I have ever seen. The service of the staff was exceptional they couldn't have been more helpful. We dined in the restaurant down stairs and the meal we had was so beautifully presented, tasted sensational, the wines we also were recommended were perfect.

Room Tip: We chose the Harbour/City view room unrestricted view - well worth paying the extra for it.

We were Attracted by the location and it didn't fail to disappoint Flew over from the west on our 30 th wedding anniversary and were able to catch the rugby grand final and magnificent fireworks to celebrate the 100 th year of the Australian navy.
Loved the service, gym and pool. Advice from concierge was brilliant, great location , very close to the rocks and public transport. Trained it to and from the airport. Just great. Restaurant was excellent and accommodating. Very good hotel. Only disadvantage was that the furniture was a bit tired.

We stay here often on our trips to Sydney and it never disappoints. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Convenient to The Rocks, Circular Quay and the train stations. Great whiskey flight at the bar too!
