I recently stayed at the Hilton and after I checked out I realized I left behind an expensive necklace. When I called the staff at the hotel to let them know, they let me know that they did find the necklace and would ship it to me in the US. They shipped the necklace to me and I received it a few days ago.

The Hilton was in a perfect location and an easy walk to most destinations. The Hotel staff made you feel at home. Available WiFi in the Hotel lobby was very convenient. Enjoyed Sydney and I hope to return soon.

In short, hotel is an average business hotel without any specific charm. Our king bed room turned out to be two twin beds pushed together and when we enquired about another room we were told that all the rooms were in that configuration. The automated min-bar charge system made the hotel feel nothing more than a cheap formula 1 hotel concerned only about money.

We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Sydney and we would not consider this in the same category.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton property in January 2012.

Our flight from Heathrow arrived early in the morning and despite being HHonors Gold members we did not expect to get a room at this time of day. However at arrival staff was very friendly and gave us the option to have breakfast in the executive lounge whilst a room was being prepared for us.

The breakfast offerings in the lounge were excellent and so was our room. Rooms are not big but the modern decor and facilities left nothing to wish for, our view on Sydney Tower was amazing and cleanliness impeccable.

The hotel's location is excellent with the airport train stopping right next to it and major sights in walking distance.

Would stay here again next time we are in Sydney.

The Hilton in Sydney proved to be a nice hotel to stay in with very good service. I found the little extra things that they did well made my stay enjoyable. Plus its hard to go past the very central location in down town Sydney. I would recommend - particularly if you can get it at a good rate.

This is one of my favorite Hilton's world-wide - the location is good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are fresh and new (though a bit small), the breakfast is fantastic, and the health club is awesome :)

We have been staying In this Hotel for several days now and it has been 10/10 for everything! The rooms are clean and the housekeeping service is excellent, the Breakfast Buffet in the restaurant has a great variety, the facilities are great and overall the staff are exceptional! We have had a superb stay here and it is definitely 5 star. Not to mention the very central location. All around it is a great Hotel with all the benefits of a 5 star property, in a great place, but really it's the incredible staff that make it! Highly recommend this Hotel!
