We were keen to try the tapas menu for a Saturday lunch, not so busy when we arrived however got busy as the service went on. We ordered and waited for drinks, we waited for someone to come back and take our order, we waited for advice on what was available as it was the beginning of service and they had already ran out of buns and other ingredients. The staff were apologetic, we waited for over an hour for food and that was after reminding them of the order. The food that did arrive was nice but way to expensive for what it was. Beer was cold. I cannot fault the staff only the management for not having the essential ingredients for the base menu in stock for the start of a service, and having enough staff to accommodate the lunch crowd. All in all I would not return as there are plenty of other really interesting and well appointed cafes and restaurants around this area that will surprise and delight you without the wait and disappointment of no ingredients. Note the kitchen staff were working as fast as they could with what they had, so hats off to getting food up in that environment.
