“Sydney Entertainment Centre - Parking Option”

We recently attended a show at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Public transport was not an option for us but happily we stumbled across 'Wilson Parking' offering an online deal for a pre-paid parking bay all-day for $22.00 - cheaper than the cost of a taxi to/from north Sydney. We booked our bay 4:00pm-11:00pm. The best carpark for The Entertainment Centre is "Harbourside" under the Novotel Hotel then simply walk around the corner to Darling Harbour.

Sydney's premier entertainment venue since the late 1980s, the Entertainment Centre is still a good venue for live performances. Earmarked for redevelopment in the next few years, it is a good place to visit before it disappears.

Been to few concerts in Sydney and loved this place the most. Not only I can chose where to seat but the seating arrangements are good. There are lots of staff to help you in case you don't know where to sit and the sound and lights are great. I bought the gold seat when we watched the Eagles but find it more comfortable seating on the the silver seats as they are elevated compared to the gold one which was in front but one level, and once the people in front of you starts getting carried away and stands up, you cannot see much anymore.

You can have food and drinks as well but if you're on the budget, I suggest bringing your own bottle of drink or munchies. We had dinner before the concert, but outside the venue. Chinatown is very close, there are plenty of nice restaurants to chose from.

This was a fantastic show, with the only blemish being Andrew O'Keefe absence due to illness.
I have never seen a full house standing ovation at the Entertainment Centre before, but it certainly deserved it. Not a show for children, teenagers upwards.
