We went here after reading a review from a guide on Eating around Chinatown. My daughter has a real love of Peking duck so of course this was our main reason for going. The duck was out very quickly and served to us at the table. It was served as pancakes and then taken away and returned as San Choi Bow. Both were beautiful.
The service was quick and efficient, maybe too efficient. We noticed there was always someone waiting over your shoulder to serve in an instant. For some this could be disconcerting, but was fine for my family.
Overall a great experience.

We were after a quick meal before a show at the Entertainment Centre and what a great meal it was. Staff were quick and efficient. Food was quick and hot. Parking deal sweetened the experience. A wonderful cultural experience. Will definitely return.

This is the fourth time we have eaten here and each time for Yum Cha lunch. We had made a reservation, but still had to wait for seating. They do not seem to actually reserve tables. It is a large restaurant and is very popular, especially with the local Chinese community in Sydney. It is not uncommon for there to be a queue to get in, but the turnover is fast, because it is so large. The food is the reason! It is well prepared, with a huge choice and very tasty – this is as good as Yum Cha food gets! Patrons, new to Yum Cha, are reminded that you have to state clearly that you do not want a dish offered to you from the carts that are continuously coming around between the tables. Otherwise, you will soon have so many plates on your table that you might not be able to eat it all. The atmosphere is buzzing and crowded. The prices are reasonable.

Normally eat yum cha in china town itself- either dixon st or sussex st, but we were eating early this time and this is one of the few open before 11am on sunday so we decided to give it a go- so pleased we did.
Really really good food, inexpensive, good service and a great variety. There were lots of dishes that are not on the usual yum cha trolleys - lovely to have some great variety.
This is definatley a favourite!

We had Yum Cha here again recently while visiting Sydney.
We have eaten Yum Cha in many countries around the world and this is the best we have had.
Food is always fresh, tasty, hot and given the size of the restaurant, service is good.
