“La migliore (VERA) pizza di Sydney!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 9, 2013

Da italiano questa è senza dubbio la migliore pizza napoletana di Sydney con i migliori ingredienti (tranne qualche pecca ad es le salsicce che non sono neanche simili alla brutta copia).

No way guys this the best real neapoletan pizza in sydney. Is not my favorite personally (i like the roman style, thin & crunchy) but is for sure the best in sydney; good ingredients, good mass and mixture almost perfect cooking, no fake pizzas (like Hawaiians or s**t like that).
Almost excelent the antipasto for 2 with ricotta, zucchine e melanzane sott'olio, supplì, crocchette di patate, prosciutto e melone, etc

Beautiful the deserts with real traditional tiramisù and pastiera napoletana; the first time i've tried i was almost crying!!

And finally one good "ammazza caffè", grappa barricata.

Average price is about 40/50 each with beer

Strongly recommended for the lovers of the real italian pizza!

“This is as good as pizza gets”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 4, 2013

This is a real Neapoitan pizza. I have just come back from Italy, where I ate at five different pizzerias, all claiming to be Neapolitan. None was as good as Lucio's, not even close. My partner and I love the pizza here and go every week. The ambience is very pleasant and the waiters are friendly and efficient.

“Calzone and pizza both exceptional”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2013

We walked from our hotel in Haymarket to Lucio's on a Monday evening. When we arrived there were spare tables, but these quickly filled up. We ordered a calzone with ricotta/salami and a pizza with olives, tomato, mushroom and mozzarella. Both were served quickly and were absolutely delicious with a glass of Tempranillo. As we looked around the restaurant we saw antipasto and pizza that we would love to eat so we will certainly be back when we visit Sydney again.

Went for dinner with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed everything. The antipasto misto was very nice , and the pizza authentic napoletan woodfire.... One of the best ones in Sydney! On lazy nights we often order take away pizza. Recommended !!

“Great authentic pizza!”

Really enjoyed this place. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Lucio and the Filetto, both delicious! Staff were great and our Entertainment book card was accepted no worries. Will be back.
