We arrived in Sydney after spending 9 nights in New Zealand and pulling up outside I was impressed with the hotel from outside. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and helpful offering to help with our bags. Check in was swift and we were told we were up on the 4th floor, great. We got into the lift (very slow) and then walked to the end of the corridor only to be greeted by a flight of stairs. Not great with 4 heavy bags. Finally we got into the room and was very unimpressed by the size. Yes we did book a small room but didn't realise how small it was going to be. There was very little storage for our suitcases however I didn't let this spoil the whole experience as we would only be sleeping in the room anyway. No free wifi in the rooms but they did have 2 PC's downstairs which did have free access. The shower was great too. The only other downfall was that the windows rattled when the wind picked up so they need looking at. Overall great hotel, friendly staff and great location
