What a lovely find this was. A first class wine bar and restaurant with an associated wine shop, all in the vibrant Rocks area. There are lots of wines, from everyday to very special (including Grange), to taste by the glass, and all kept under nitrogen to maintain freshness. We ordered a white flight and a red flight, each consisting of three tapas style dishes with three tasting glasses of wine. It provided a wonderful range of tastes and the food was all well cooked and nicely presented. We finished with a cheese sharing plate, which was a well-chosen selection of four cheeses, of contrasting types, with three accompaniments. These included something which was quite a revelation - honeycomb with olive oil and garlic. This went better with the blue cheese than anything I can remember tasting. Really excellent, and if you are interested in wine, this is a place you must not miss.
