“Excellent tour takes you back to early Australian settlement”
Reviewed June 4, 2011

In Sydney to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday we found the beautiful and very helpful Annette at Circular Quay who took our booking and gave us directions to meet our host. Our host - Michael was ours for the night- he took us up dark alleyways, steep stairs, beautiful little pubs from Australia's early years. He was a font of information with the answer to all our questions- sometimes before we asked them. Sydney was absolutely wonderful with so much to do and see and extremely to get around! Thanks for the memories - we will be back!

“Rocks Pub Tour”
Reviewed May 30, 2011

We did the tour of the oldest pubs in the Rocks - Fantastic time! Our guide Gaz was full of local lore, history and stories of how the area came to be and way the pubs / hotels had such a big influence. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for better insight off the beaten path.

“Rocks Pub Tour: A great intro to the area”
Reviewed January 23, 2011

I had a rather unusual group tour - just me! Kudos to the company for not canceling the arrangement.

It felt a little like "rent-a-mate" for the evening, but it turned out to be an excellent night. We had a beer in each of the three stops, with lots of useful information from my guide on the area, the bridge and the fight for the Rocks.

Much better than roaming around the area by yourself and you have an idea of some pubs you may like to visit again during your stay.

“A must do in Sydney. There is no better way to experience this amazing city!”
Reviewed January 16, 2011

The "Rocks, Bridge and Bay Tour" allowed my family to experience Sydney from a unique perspective. This experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Throughout the tour we uncovered the history behind the Rocks, and were able to ride around famous icons of Sydney with the help of our first class guide Vic. The most memorable part of this tour was riding over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, where we could go at our own pace and enjoy the views and surroundings. We were encouraged to stop and take photos as we visited Sydneys well-known landmarks including Luna Park and the Prime Minister's House. We were even able to see and use Australia's first public toilet! We discovered so much about Sydney as a city and the experience is one we will never forget. We would highly reccommend this tour!

“Manly Uncovered”
Reviewed January 15, 2011

We did the Manly Uncovered Tour on the day we had disembarked from a cruise at Circular Quay and before flying back home in the evening. It was an outstanding walking tour with many interesting information and lots of spectacular views of Manly and the surrounding areas by having sunny skies all the day. Furthermore, it was perfect to do sightseeing before flying home.

After joining our guide we took the ferry to Manly. Then we headed to Manly Cove, Little Manly Cove and Spring Cove. Then we crossed the "North Head Peninsula" to walk through bushland along some wooden trails to the north eastern side of the peninsula. Being there we had spectacular views from a lookout nearby Shelly Beach to the east cost with Manly and all the other beaches to the north. That was really the best part of the tour. Afterwards we walked down to Shelly Beach and headed to Manly. Before we had to go to the ferry back to Sydney we had some time to stroll around the beach promenade of Manly watching the beach live.

Our guide was excellent by giving us useful information and take care of us during the trip.

We definately will choose Sydney Uncovered again when we will back in Sydney. Thank you for that great experience!
