Solid 2br apartment/unit

Family 21st in Canberra needed 2 bedrooms for 3 adult kids plus us. Great position in city close t everything including the courgette restaurant where we had the 21st. !! Rooms clean and beds very comfy reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Family Trip

No complaints, all aspects of the stay were fantastic. Rooms were well presented with a great view. Check in and out was quick and easy aided by friendly staff. Great location nice and close to clubs and pubs for a cold beer.

Avenue Hotel Canberra
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. The Avenue is in a pretty good location in the city. Access is via Northbourne Avenue and parking is undercover, secure and free! Whoohoo! No nasty surprises there! The Avenue is within walking distance to the theatre, movies, shops, malls and plenty of great eating places. Just a really short drive to all the fabulous icons around the lake. Lovely, clean, spacious, well equipped and serviced apartment with extremely comfortable King size bed, self adjustable air conditioning or fresh air via the veranda doors which overlooked a pretty courtyard. The bathroom had a huge shower with very nice usable amenities. Our room was quiet, the service friendly and breakfast very reasonable with a good assortment of foods which included fresh expresso coffee, yay! (Also had lactose free milk!)
Yep, we will be back, this place beats the more expensive but very tired places we have stayed while visiting Canberra recently!

Attention to detail!

An excellent new hotel in a great location. Rooms were lovely and attention to detail was on point! We didn't eat at the hotel so am unable to comment on the restaurant! We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location and design

Firstly, the location is amazing, so close to food and shopping. secondly, the whole look of the rooms to the lobby is beautiful! i love going to the avenue, it makes you feel amazing inside and out. only issue is that i didn’t get to stay longer. had to go home haha
