We got a good package deal for B&B and tickets to the Turner exhibition. Our first room overlooked a pile of dirt where the car park is being built. The staff changed the room so that was fine. Room was nice but impossible to read by either the light or bed side lamps. Dinner was very nice and staff were very pleasant - as too was breakfast.
Pillows were extremely hard, with no other choice.
Loved the old style feel of the hotel but would take own pillows next time.
