Stayed at this hotel for a car club function and show as host hotel fully booked. Overpriced ($155) and the new rooms are very small and not well built, but then we only really wanted a shower and a bed. Beds were a bit soft for our liking. Parking at front of door so can get noisy. If you plan on staying here ask for a room in the main reception area (old section) or near the breakfast room. As the extensions are in an "L" shape try not to get a room down near the "L" intersection as there are around 10 or so rooms and a set of noisy stairs in this area. As this is also double story there are a lot of rooms in the corner section. However, plenty of parking and a 10 min flat walk to the football club for tea. A bit out of town and would need your own transport, but relative quiet area except for the other hotel guests. Again we were here on a Saturday night so noise can be expected. Reception staff were excellent. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the breakfast.
