We stopped at this Centre to buy tickets to the Turner from the Tate exhibition at the National Gallery.

They not only were able to sell us tickets but when I asked about another venue, they didn't know the answer and contacted them then and there, got all the details and then let me know my options. Great service.

They have a range of newsletters, maps and information that is all free as well as clean toilets - a must for any traveller.

Excellent range of resources and advice on what to do and where to go in the Nation's Capital. And the location is ideal - on the way to the city, with good access and parking!

Friendly staff who know everything (well, almost) about what to do and see in Canberra. They have maps and brochures galore, and can recommend suitable activities and venues whether you want something for youngsters or teenagers, fine dining, wine tasting, challenges (like the Institute of Sport or Corin Forest), or a quiet B&B. Would be good if they had staff who spoke different languages, but nevertheless they always make sure the visitors understand what is on offer.

Friendly and helpful staff - recommend as starting point for tourists to the region (maybe even for locals to see what's about)

A spacious and well laid out information centre that makes it easy to find what you need
it is easy to find what you want yourself or you can ask some of the knowledgeable staff as the centre is always staffed when open.
