This review is written with reluctance as there seems to be no other way of getting in touch with them.
For context - I'm a Platinum member and regular patron at this hotel, stay here about 15-20x a year. Never had a problem before, and when I have, it's been sorted out promptly. Room wasn't cleaned properly on this occasion, but I didn't need much so didn't bother raising it.
Stayed here recently, was charged an additional amount on my credit card. No explanation, no call or email from the hotel. Have called twice, spoken to front desk and been told twice they ahve no record of any extra charges. They've put me through to the finance team on both occasions. Finance don't answer their calls, and have not responded to my messages requesting further information. It shouldn't need to to take multiple phone calls to get an explanation for why additional charges have been made.
In short, don't expect a quick response if you have any problems unexplained charges at this hotel.More
