“Great food at a great price”
Reviewed September 12, 2012

Nine of us went this week to celebrate a birthday. We had the banquet and the food was delicious. Changing meals on the advertised banquet was no problem. All the dishes had great flavour and freshness. One of the best Thai restaurants I've been to for some time. The waitress, Bay, was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the meal and it is definitely somewhere that I would return to and recommend to others.

“Great fresh flavours in Thai Gardens”
Reviewed June 24, 2011

The correct address is Shop 4 Dickson Plaza Woolley Street Dickson NOT Challis St!!! This restaurant was difficult to spot from the road as it is in an open area which is tucked between a well known pizza restaurant and a large Real Estate office. Nine friends decided to have lunch on a Friday and 3 had food allergies but that wasn't at all a problem to the friendly staff. The 3 friends were then advised on what they could have and they even made a special dish for the one allergic to garlic. We were going to go with the banquet originally but on reading the specials board decided to go with the specials only. We had the Soft Shelled Crab, Hot Lava Pork (which wasn't too hot at all), Prawns with 7 Herbs and Green Island Duck. All the dishes were cooked fresh with crispy vegetables and not too much sauce or fat. There was plenty of duck in the duck dish and the prawns were full of flavour and still nice and crunchy. The other 3 friends also enjoyed their dishes of a green curry, chicken and cashews and soft shelled crab. The staff are very friendly and obliging, nothing is too much trouble. We all had such a great time we are planning another lunch there soon. Corkage was only $3 too.
