We booked a special deal for visiting Canberra during the long weekend. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the city Centre, buses and Lake Burley Griffin. Breakfast was included as well as some drinks from the bar and a food and drink voucher for the restaurant. This is an old building upgraded to a hotel. Our room is well appointed, warm and a good size. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Awful in room food service . Rooms need to be updated and maintained. Paint chipped in several areas in the room. Curtain and window area absolutely filthy. Air conditioning unit very loud and not very efficient
Overall very poor hotel experience
Expensive for the quality of hotel service.
Check in staff were efficient, friendly.

Great location, lovely vibe. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The menu is reasonably priced but has little options for people who have dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian / vegan. I would recommend Peppers Galley for people of all ages and mobility requirements.

Wonderfully comfortable bed and great rain shower....!!! Great bathroom amenities and even a pod coffee machine....!!!
