This restaurant could have scored 5 blobs but some very simple things let it down. On arrival and throughout the meal we were exceptionally well looked after by the waitress and bar staff. However... The attitude and manner of the chef/server behind the Carvery was abysmal. Grunts and mumbles as well as serving some exceptionally small portions of meat made the eating part of the meal a let down. The quality of the food however was very good! Living proof how 1 person within a team can destroy the whole customer experience. Environment, Food and waitresses all 5*. Just a shame about the critical non essential bit of the chefs attitude!
