If you like cosy, homely places, away from the madding crowds, this place scores well. Alcohol is pricey; but beware, the fruit juices come out of a tetrapak or similar, and... , well, they are not cheap either. Freshly squeezed orange juice- forget it.
If you like authentic , flavoursome Italian food- again, forget it- the fare here is distinctly average. So the choice is clear- for a nice meal out, go somewhere else. For a cosy get-together with friends or a special friend, order some starters and spend some quality time here.
A great plus is that the staff do not disturb you every 3 minutes with 'is everything alright?' or 'enjoy your meal' or 'would you like to order more drinks'. You are left alone, in a nice way.
