We bought our apartment a few of years ago now and have been back every year since. We go in June so it's quiet. Not many kids as they're still at school. The place is perfect for a very relaxing week in the daytime and the nightlife is great too. No rowdy crowds of drunken youths or loud idiots anywhere. The apartments are very roomy with 1 double, 1 twin and 2 sofa beds. En-suite, bathroom, kitchen with all mod cons. Aircon aswell.
Paphos harbour is a great place to go for a beer and to eat. Loads of restaurants to choose from and good bars to drink from. Weather is very hot during the day but cool at night for a good kip. I would gladly advise people to go to the Paradise Kings Club and buy a time share. It's so easy. Just get your flights and off you go..... Brilliant.

Room Tip: Try and get a sleeps 6 apartment. Works out cheaper if you take friends.

A bit out of Paphos but worth the trip. Views of the sea from the apartments were good. The apartments were well furnished and the maid service was inobtrusive. The pool looked nice (but I didn't try it) however the artificial green bowls lawn kept us busy on the last day. The on site restaurant was exceptional. Under new management Georgo and Andreas couldn't do enough for us. Local cuisine was the main offering but simple basic food available as well. Local wine served up. breakfasts were provided at a great price. Worthy of a trip to the restaurant even if your accomodation is not on site. I will rerturn

Room Tip: All apartments face south with good views

Based here for a weeks golfing holiday with friends. Accommodation was good but the best part was the on site restaurant which is now under new ownership since Christmas 2011. The food and welcome were excellent. The fare is based on local cuisine and the beef stefado, pork moussaka and lamb kleftika were wonderful but the highlight has to be the meze dishes. Both meat and seafood available and they were out of this world. We also ate breakfast here each morning, 3.99 euros for an eat as much as you can buffet - terrific. I would highly recommend this restaurant which is also open to non-residents and is attracting local Cypriot customers. Booking advised in high season.

We were a party of 6 and had a two bedroomed apartment rci exchange. We had a great holiday with bonus of excellent weather for time of year. our apartment wasn't in the best of locations but with the resort being quiet it didn't spoil the holiday. Only problem was there were no bedding for the sofa bed in lounge so we used towels to sleep on and used the spare quilts that were there for the second bedroom, so they only had sheets and overblanket.we probably could of asked for more, but we managed. We only ate breakfasts at the restaurant which was great value full breakfasts for 20€ each for the full week (think this was only because it was out of season). We deffinately needed a car and went out everyday. We ate at Tea for Two about a mile towards pathos quiet a lot, but be warned, you need a good appetite ! Overall we were happy with our holiday.

Just got back from a last minute holiday using our timeshare points. We wanted somewhere hopefully warm and sunny so chose Cyprus. Weather was great. No rain and blue skies everyday. Out of the breeze it was in fact very warm. Our apartment was over reception so did not get a lot of sunshine - good for the summer but a shame this time of year. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would agree with a previous reviewer - the beds are very hard and I do like a firm matftress. A little tip - take your own dishwasher tablets to save buying a whole box. We did not expect maid service but they came in every day except Saturday.

The taverna was open if a little soul-less and the onsite restaurant quite reasonable. Being November it was very quiet but this suited us. Reception staff always friendly and helpful. We hired a car from the airport and went out everyday. Other holidaymakers used the bus at the end of the road and found it very good.

this resort is in clear financial trouble, nothing has moved as far as the building work is concerned for the last three years. Phase one and two are in desperate of a refurb( every year we are told that its coming but still nothing) Thank heavens most of the sales have now left, apart from Kieran who wants you to upgrade every time you see him, with the same old lines every year, you will never go anywhere else in the world unless you give me more money. I am very worried about my investment as this place is now so run down 3* at the most, i wonder if my money is being spent at capital coast.

Room Tip: go to a different hotel

This was our first trip to Cyprus and we exchanged through RCI.
The resort is on a hillside off the main road so it is very quiet, it is well laid out and has a nice 'village square' with a bar (happy hour 6 to 7). There is a restaurant on site which served good food at reasonable prices, slightly lacking in atmosphere but this was probably due to the fact that it was almost empty.
We had a 2 bedroom unit which was clean, well equiped and comfortable, much better than a lot of other European resorts we have stayed at, great sunsets from the huge balcony. Only negative was that the beds were extremely firm!
Nice reception area with free WIFI. There is a convenience store on site which was ideal for those first night essentials such as water - don't be tempted to buy groceries though as it is expensive.
The resort is just a little too far from anything to be within walking distance so you will either need a car or use the bus service which runs every 15 mins.
There is a restaurant at the bottom of the hill on the main road, apparantely it used to be good but standards have dropped and prices risen - worth travelling into Paphos where there is more competition for your custom.
The resort has a list of excursions, although we did not take any we did find out that these were the same trips offered in town for much less, would advise shopping around.
All in all a great trip and we would go back.

Room Tip: Rooms near the 'village square' could be noisy in high season.
