If you happen to be in Naklo, which is really very small village, there is not much choice in terms of hotels. Marinsek is pretty new, clean and with basic equipment. We reserved double room and got twin instead, there was no fridge in the room, very weak WiFi signal. Breakfast average at most, juice-like plastic drinks, similar coffee. You need to order coffee from the bar if you care. Restaurant is surprisingly good at evenings, not expensive and nice food. Pretty much nothing to do around if you don't have a car. Not hotel fault, but during our stay neighborhood building was refurbished, annoying noise from around 7am.

The hotel is clean, tidy and inexpensive (€47 b&b). The beds are built in, but warm enough in the March snow. Sleeping was not a problem after several glasses of Lasko (green label beer). The bathroom was in good condition with a good warm shower.

The restaurant was listed as a pizzeria, but with a much more extensive and full menu. Even if you are hungry, the meat platter may be more than you can manage. The food was most enjoyable. The drinks were inexpensive too. There is a small bar downstairs with the ten pin bowling lanes.

Having previously stayed in Kraj at Ales and at Kokra Brdo – Marinsek is much better than the Ales. It is cheaper than Kokra, but a star less. I think I prefer Kokra, but would not object if I were to rebook at Marinsek.

Very good hotel to stay, even do is totally different to the hotels in the united states, it is amazing, great food, the city itself is really nice so this hotel is also surrounded by very good views everywhere
