The check in was easy and they even called us earlier in the day to tell us our room was ready if we wanted to check in. There are no elevators which was a bit disappointing since we were on the second floor with a lot of luggage. The carpet is really stained and needs to be replaced in the small living room and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

Nothing was updated. The furniture had stains in them and were in very poor condition. The material was wore off of the arms of the only comfortable chair in the living area. The majority of the dinning room chairs were unsafe to sit in. The toilet seat was broken and when I sat down I almost went to the floor. (I had just had back surgery and that would have been devastating) You could write your name in the blinds and in most of the woodwork. The baseboards needed to be cleaned. It smelled bad as if it was closed up and had mildew. There was some patch work done in the kitchen and was not painted or finished. We found the remote to the DVD player but there was not DVD player to be found. I went to the office and could not find anyone for some time, then a security man showed up and said he was taking a break. He told me they had taken all the DVD players out of the units because people stole them or broke them. So I had to go buy one for us to use. No one at the office cared about us as clients. We spend a lot of money for maintenance fees and the amount of points I used for this 4 bedroom unit was not worth what we got. I had invited friends that I had not seen in 30 years and was never so embarrassed as I was of these accommodations. I will never recommend this resort to anyone. If that was my first impression of a time share I would never buy one. I own many time shares and use them all over and I want you to know this was absolutely the worst accommodations I have ever been at. Even the lack of caring about our problems with the unit. You give Time Share a very bad name!!! .
