Apparently I stayed in a different place than those five stars. The floors were so dirty I dared not touch them with bare feet. There is one sagging sofa, and not another piece of furniture. There were three bar stools but no table on which to eat, minimal kitchenware, and I do mean minimal, not even a spatula. One small Pyrex bowl for food and little else. This is the worst Interval rental we have ever stayed in and I will definitely rate it poorly with Interval.
My opinion is you can do better!

The visit started badly when the written directions were unhelpful and the phone call to the resort was even more frustrating. While checking in the clerk was very terse, bordering on rude. The pool rules were excessively strict and unevenly enforced. The keypad on the room door was an excellent idea and very convenient. The room was well appointed, nice towels and all the utilities/lights worked well. The carpet were worn and dirty and was pulling away from the wall in one location. The surroundings are beautiful and the resort is well located. The evening shift clerk was a bright spot, helpful and pleasant.
