Friendly staff, clean and good value. Have stayed here twice now and would return again. Especially as restaurant due to be built soon. Have nothing negative to say - great breakfast bag, free wifi, good tv. Watch out Travelodge!

Room Tip: Prefer the back as less traffic noise

Decided to book this hotel for an overnight stay after looking at the previous excellent reviews. We arrived earlier than planned, but were allowed to check in a few hours early by the helpful and friendly lady named Mary on reception. Mary also recommended to us the best places to visit in the area and how far away they were. Our room was spacious and more than adequate. Both the room and the en suite bathroom were spotlessly clean and the large bed was really comfortable. Takeaway breakfast was good with a sausage and bacon sandwich, a muffin and an orange juice with tea/coffee provided. The hotel was very quiet on a night time enabling all guests to get a good night's sleep. I think when the refurbishment work on the hotel and adjoining restaurant is completed, the hotel will be excellent! I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester!

We stayed here on Christmas day night in a family room and were extremely pleased with the room and hotel. The entrance looked like a construction site as it was being renovated as was the pub next door, this didn't bother or hinder our stay though what so ever :) The bed was huuuuuge and really comfy and the hot take out breakfast was fab and filling. It was to take out due to the pub renovations.

An overall lovely stay with helpful happy staff!!

Booked this hotel for a Friday night before Christmas as the hotels around the Trafford Centre were fully booked.A little apprehensive as I had not used this chain before. The hotel was a little hard to find in the dark but plenty parking and friendly staff on check in. The rooms were clean and adequate 2 small but comfortable twin beds and bathroom with bath and shower.Tea and coffee in room and free wifi. There is refurbishment work going on in the lobby so breakfast was takeaway bags of overcooked sausage and bacon sandwich muffin and orange juice with tea or coffee from a machine in the lobby. There was one member of staff preparing these in a back room and a few guests waiting.Despite having a room at the front of the hotel there was very little overnight traffic on the East Lancashire Road. The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay with most of the basics right.

Stopped here for one night on business. It is an ex Premier Travel Inn, and so the rooms are fine, the bathrooms are Travelodge decor but also fine, but breakfast is currently a hit and miss affair - the restaurant is undergoing refurbishment so there are takeaway breaksfasts available which comprise a sausage butty, coffee/ tea, orange juice and a choc muffin. It does the job, but is far from hot and tasty! plus, they did not appear to have enough for all the guests, so first up. best fed!
Service was pleasant, reception area looked derelict but clearly they were having work done. 3 awarded for a good nights sleep!
PS - car park is hard to find in the dark!

Chose this hotel as the Premier Inn I had stayed in last time I visited Manchester was fully booked that night. Found the hotel via a google searched and very pleased I stayed there.

We had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel, but that was down to google maps/my friends nagivation skills as once we were on East Lancs Road the hotel we found the hotel quickly.

My first impression was that it looked a bit spooky as the ajoined pub has been shut down and we had to drive round the back to get to the carpark. The carpark was spacious and best of all FREE! Checked in pretty quickly and went up to our room. As the Hello Hotel is formerly a premier inn, the room is in the standard premier inn layout, free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a bottle of water were provided. Our room was facing on to the main road however we had no problems with noise, apart from a few muffled fireworks (it was the Saturday before bonfire night).

We headed out into Manchester for the evening and were asked to leave our key at reception. Taxi into Manchester was roughly £12 with a local firm.

The next morning (free) breakfast was between 8 - 10am, we headed down at 9.45am to collect our breakfast bags which contained a sausage & bacon sandwich, orange juice, muffin and coffee or tea. The breakfast bags are due to the attached pub/restaurant being closed, there are a few picnic tables outside however we opted to eat our breakfast in our room.

Check out time was 11am, I would have preferred 12pm as it was a Sunday but other than that I have no complaints.

I found Hello Hotel through their Twitter account. I had never heard of the chain before but decided to investigate and booked a room. I was completely satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. We drove to the hotel from Blackpool and loved that parking was included with the room free of charge.

We watched a show at the Lowry Theatre in Salford which was close by and had a lovely weekend. Thanks!
