We thought we planned a day well. Organised the tickets online and arrive early. It was weekday so it was not busy at all. When we arrived, the staff asked us to queue for group entrance. The people who bought a tickets there can go straight away from entrance, but we are not. In fact, people organised a tickets online need to queue and pay for car parking ($9 as of Feb 2014), and locker too. What is the point to buy online??
After about 30 mins of waiting, we finally came to casher and show the staff our ticket on our mobile phone. She said "you need to print out'. Hello? It's 2014 and asking the customer to print out the ticket?? Then she asked me to send the paid ticket to their email so she can print out. We sent and wait for another 20mins to print out our tickets. Eventually she said that their printer is broken...I nearly lost it. The manager is watching the system is working or not. Obviously not working at all.
The large locker is not that large. 4 people and we need 2 large locker. The attraction was great. Kids had a lovely time and I can not complain about the attraction. The staff who is working at the attraction is helpful.
No BYO to the park but many Asian customer (especially Chinese) brought their own food. Just a sandwich cost $9. The food is absolutely expensive.
The shower area, we wanted to use Family changing room and shower. There were 4 of them and 2 of them were broken. So eventually my daughter and I went to lady's shower and there were only 3 or 4 of them in entire park to share.
It's shame, such a great attraction, but the management, facility and food are not so good.
