We thought we planned a day well. Organised the tickets online and arrive early. It was weekday so it was not busy at all. When we arrived, the staff asked us to queue for group entrance. The people who bought a tickets there can go straight away from entrance, but we are not. In fact, people organised a tickets online need to queue and pay for car parking ($9 as of Feb 2014), and locker too. What is the point to buy online??

After about 30 mins of waiting, we finally came to casher and show the staff our ticket on our mobile phone. She said "you need to print out'. Hello? It's 2014 and asking the customer to print out the ticket?? Then she asked me to send the paid ticket to their email so she can print out. We sent and wait for another 20mins to print out our tickets. Eventually she said that their printer is broken...I nearly lost it. The manager is watching the system is working or not. Obviously not working at all.

The large locker is not that large. 4 people and we need 2 large locker. The attraction was great. Kids had a lovely time and I can not complain about the attraction. The staff who is working at the attraction is helpful.

No BYO to the park but many Asian customer (especially Chinese) brought their own food. Just a sandwich cost $9. The food is absolutely expensive.

The shower area, we wanted to use Family changing room and shower. There were 4 of them and 2 of them were broken. So eventually my daughter and I went to lady's shower and there were only 3 or 4 of them in entire park to share.

It's shame, such a great attraction, but the management, facility and food are not so good.

My girlfriend and myself visited Wet n Wild Sydney yesterday and honestly we had an overall fantastic time. A majority of people are complaining about crowds and long queue times, theme parks can sometimes be unpredictable but being patient and using your brain to do some research before you go can increase your chances to avoid crowds. For a park in it's early stages it's great day/night out with plenty of slides to choose from, i wouldn't go as far to say it's better than wet n wild queensland but give the place time and it might be on par with it sooner or later. I'll be definitely going back next year to see what improvements have been made.

Anyhow it's great place for all ages and just remember that people are more likely to leave a negative comment than a positive one. Thanks Wet N Wild Sydney for awesome time!!!!

The attractions themselves were a lot of fun - obviously the lines were endless and the waits long, but otherwise enjoyed each one. Food can be a bit pricey - and you are not allowed to take your own food inside with you. Getting a season pass is worth it considering the price of a one day pass!

I and my husband went to Wetnwild Sydney on 29th Jan, the first day after school holiday, the park open at 12:00 on that day and we arrived at about 12:15. There are already a lot of people queuing for entrance ticket. After queuing for around 1 hour (there are total 4 ticket sales window, and the speed to buy a ticket is not very fast), we finally get in at 13:30, then spend another 20 minutes for “fast pass” and a beach cabana, our fun time start at 14:00. We choose “fast pass” after read all the reviews and it is a must otherwise it will be very frustrating to wait for a ride for more than an hour. All the ride are very exciting and thrilling, “Tornado” is the best I reckon. We have tried at least 5-6 times for most big ride, and skip small ones. We have a lot of fun! And we got exhausted after 3 hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful everywhere in the park. We got someone helped for the locker than it work smoothly later. Toilet/change room is decent, it is a pity there is no shower facility or we did not find it. It is very easy to get food and beverage, no queue at all like others said maybe it is because it is not a school holiday, price is fair similar as what we got at “Australia Open” earlier. Generally, we spent a great day at Wetnwild Sydney. And We speed around 400 dollar for 2 people (70dollar/person for entrance ticket * 2 = 140 dollar, 50 dollar/person for fast pass*2 = 100 dollar, 89 dollar for beach cabana, 20 dollar for food and beverage, 40 dollar for round trip taxi from Blacktown train station and 10 dollar for train ticket), even though not cheap but worth it.

The secure lockers are not as secure as we thought. We visited the park on Sunday 9th Feb, 2014. We were told by a staff member on the day that random bands were able to open and close the lockers, however the issue had been resolved. We had an iPhone stolen from the locker that day. We are still patiently waiting for Wet'n'Wild to review the security footage.
I advise everyone to think twice before making use of the apparently 'secure' lockers. You are better off leaving your valuables in your car.
