From the time we walked through the door, Charlie and Caroline made us feel so much at home. The large guesthouse has a cosy, comfortable guest area as well as roomy bedrooms. This B & B was about 15 minutes out of Waterford which suited us as onsite parking was important to us.
Our hosts were very friendly and we chatted for ages over our 2-day stay. I highly recommend this B and B

Caroline was a wonderful hostess! We only spent one night, but we were so grateful to be welcomed into her home after a long day of driving and sightseeing. Our room was bright and clean. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our breakfast was served in a lovely setting. I would recommend Aisling B&B to all travelers!

I spent a night at the Aisling following two nights in Hotel Kilkenny for a wedding.

We had two rooms and sadly didnt get to use all facilities as we needed to leave early to head back to catch a flight home.

However from the brief time there we were made to feel welcome and totally at home! Rooms were spacious and clean and more than adequate for any stay.

As we weren't there for breakfast, we were over the moon with some cornflakes left out for us so we could have a quite bite to eat before the drive and journey.

I do hope to be able to return in the future and explore the local area more and would stay at the Aisling again.

Our family recently traveled around the entire island of Ireland and a bit of Northern Ireland and out of every hotel and Bed and Breakfast we stayed, Aisling B & B was the most memorable. If I could have had any souvenir I wanted, I would have brought Caroline home. It's a good sign when your host hands out a warm hug within minutes of your arrival. Not only were the accomodations clean and comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When we go back to Ireland, this will be the first reservation we make! Thank you, Caroline and Bernie!

Room Tip: We stayed upstairs with the big skylights - it was perfect!

Do yourselves a favour and go and stay with Charlie and his family in Mooncoin Village. What wonderful people, helpful and friendly. The B&B is comfortable and clean, and although aging a little bit it maintains its charm, breakfast is wonderful, location is great, I would strongly recommend it as we will not forget the friendly atmosphere all round. I had a few technical problems, needed a EU adaptor, Charlie helped, my number plate was coming off, Charlie helped, needed directions, Charlie helped. And the lovely ladies, really a case of Charlie's Angels! Reasonably priced in spite of the high demand in the area over the days of our stay (major concert event in Kilkenny), not to forget free wifi, which these days is always a plus. We will be back for sure.

Room Tip: Ours was on street side, still very quiet and comfortable
