We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Hotel Belfort. During the Game season, we once again select deer and chamois. As an entre, I had a green salad with warm mushrooms: wunderful. The deer with the spaetzli and red cabbage was also nice, although I have never had the red cabbage with juniper berries. The wine (Camelot) was delicious. In my opinion, the Restaurant Belfort is one of the best in the area.
