Took the kids and grandparents for a picnic and then did the shorter, circular walk. We all loved walking through the rocks (and climbing all over them). Walk finishes in Moureze and there's a few cafes and restaurants to choose from afterwards if you need an ice cream / food / beer, as we did! Fantastic day out here. Really recommended for people who love the outdoors.

We turned up here when we were driving past and saw a sign. We realised that the walk would be too much for our daughter and we didn't have the right walking gear but we got a view from the road and the information at the edge of the car park was interesting.
We had a picnic with us and it was such a lovely, peaceful place that we enjoyed our short visit.
There are plenty of restaurants etc around if you want to grab lunch.

Two couples in their 70s hiked the long hike up to the top and ruins and back to the village. We went in mid May on a cool day, so heat was not a problem. We went on a Sunday and lots of people were on the trail. I would definitely recommend this hike to folks who are moderately fit. We brought water and a lunch for the top and were glad we did.

This is a fascinating walk but not easy. Good walking shoes are required and carry water. We did the short walk and it requires a medium level of fitness.

Unusual and with some great views. However, there are some steep drops, the route isn't that well signposted and the paths have a lot of loose stones. Not for the immobile.
Car park is 3 Euros. You can either walk 7K or do a shorter walk of 2K from the Courtinales entrance.
