“Nice find.”
Reviewed August 15, 2013 via mobile

Lovely lunch in st Just. We ended up sitting outside as it was full. Lovely soup and special - garlic bread, bacon mushrooms and cheese was very tasty if a little greasy. The table next to us had the cheese tea which looked fab.

“Lovely return”
Reviewed August 6, 2013

We always come to the cafe when visiting St Just Craft Fair in Aug and its a really special place. The food is plentiful and made with love..the side salad with my cheese tea (2 warmed scones and 3 local cheeses) was delicious, home made coleslaw and warmed potato salad and beautifully presented with edible flowers, nice touch! The husband had a large baguette filled with local sausage and homemade red onion chutney/dressing and salad as before. I asked for water and got a chilled blue glass bottle full..again great attention to detail and customer service. The second hand books are an attraction on their own...lovely combination.St Just has a little gem here...but its our secret, right?

“Great find”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

We have been going here for several years and find it a good lunch spot. We particularly enjoy the hog's pudding when its on the menu. The mixture of good food and books is ideal. Wish there were more places like this around the UK

“A litle gem!”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

Lovely little enterprising cafe in the heart of this old tin-mining capital. Books for sale and other items (pottery, cards etc) but mainly delicious food - breakfasts, lunches and snacks. My only disappointment was they don't have soya milk or any other dairy alternative which is surprising. I also noted someone came in to ask and left when they were told no. A really comfortable place to be and obviously very popular.
