George & Sue are just so lovely. All you need to do is ask and it will be arranged. The rooms are comfy and have that farm & Country feel to them. I mainly stay during the week with colleagues, but have stayed over a weekend for pleasure and George was the first person to reccomend places to go and restaurants and pubs to visit. All of the places that he has reccomended have been first class, and the owners/Landlords there extremely welcoming too.
My cooked breakfast was yummy, and all I had to do was ask for more toast or less of what I didn;t fancy and it was done.
It was so nice to be on a working farm, and to see all of the ponies and horses each day form the Livery.
The Proctors are hard working and cannot do enough to make your stay as welcoming as possible and if you need anything else, you can usually find George around the back bringing in the sheep or doing some other important job.
I would definitely reccomend this B&B to others and will return for a holiday or break in the future.
