This small restaurant is tucked away in the small village of Fontin, and it is a warm and inviting as you would expect. The staff are wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. What I found so fabulous was the we spent 3 and a half hours at the table, and I could have sworn it was only 1. With so many" dégustation" dishes to serve, the pace was perfect. I always thought that we had time to talk without constantly having a new dish put in front of us. The wine menu is small, but complete with unusual choices. Being a champion of local produce is a major plus. It is worth visiting during different seasons to see the changes made in the menu from Spring or Autumn.
