This hideaway is a haven for rejuvenation,an inspiration for photographers, bush walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and stargazers alike. Well-equipped cottages capture the imagination with their convict brickwork and restful rural views. The thoughtful, provisions and accoutrements are a delight and there is opportunity to bbq and savour an array of fine Stonehurst wines.
The hosts are exceptionally generous, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Cedar Creek cottages are part of the wonderment of the historic Wollombi village. They are also within easy access of all on offer from the internationally acclaimed Hunter Valley Vineyards.

Looking forward to looking back down the track on another visit next month!

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and it was lovely. It is impossible not to relax here. As soon as you walk into the cottage you begin to unwind. Sitting outside overlooking the vineyards, and watching the wildlife, you just soak up the peaceful atmosphere. The cottage has everything you need. Even though it's about a twenty minute drive to the nearest town, if you go prepared, you can use the basic facilities in the cottage to make dinner. The breakfast basket is beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel right at home on their lovely property. That even includes their adorable Labrador who led us on a walk around the winery. We hope to come back here in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a lovely stay! Although we arrived in the middle of picking the grapes, we were welcomed warmly and the owner took time to chat with us. We were presented with a very generous breakfast hamper and enjoyed the chocolate provided with the complimentary port.

Our cottage was cozy and had lots of room. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah viewing the vineyards below. It was a peaceful setting and there were lovely walks to take. We were even welcome to walk through the vineyards and to help ourselves to the grapes.

We appreciated the warm hospitality. We look forward to our return!

We had the pleasure of staying at Cedar Creek Cottages to celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary. The staff were fantastic & the cottage was so perfect for our quiet child-free getaway. The breakfast hamper was the perfect touch, & we loved strolling through the vineyard picking grapes & exploring the creek. We enjoyed a magnificent storm like we've never seen before - what a beautiful place to stay! We couldn't recommend it highly enough & will definitely come back - and the port was beautiful! Thank you!

These character filled cottages located on the cedar creek vineyard are the hunters best kept secret. Quaint and romantic there is something for everyone from the spa bath to bush walking tracks! We very much enjoyed an evening of wondering around the property, particularly through the vineyard itself - the breakfast basket was overly generous. All in all a wonderful stay in the real hunter! Beats a hotel room any day!!
