We are just back from two glorious nights at Treebones Resort. We watched the whales spouting and the dolphins leaping as we sipped coffee outdoors this morning. Yesterday we did a 10 mile hike (Vicente Flat Trail) that traversed the coast for about 3 miles before cutting east into a redwood canyon and stream. The hot tub and nap in the yurt were the end to a perfect day. The sounds of the seals barking at night made up for the occasional car going by. The stars were spectacular.
