This location is stunning. Disabled people can take the flat hike to see the gorgeous waterfall to the beach. If you go all the way to the point, you will see the cabin. Really a beautiful location.

We paid 10usd to park and see the disappointing Mc Way falls as the park was closed and they did not mention this before we pay. Pfeiffer beach is nice but if you have seen Point Lobos maybe it is not worth the detour.

The state parks were closed because of the fires but you could still stop on the PCH and get a great view of the falls onto the beach. Amazing.

It was over an hour drive south of Carmel, but seeing McWay Falls was definitely worth it. Because of the forest fires, the only trail currently open in the park is the short Overlook Trail to get to McWay Falls. Photos and postcards don't do this justice. Spectacular and a must-see! $10 to get in the park, which we paid, but many people were parking on PCH and walking in.

Before the sunset, the fall, the beach, the sea and plants around were in a lovely color. I think it a great time for girls to have their photos.
