The most relaxing vacation ever was found at this resort. The food was good for an all-inclusive and every suite is ocean front. The service was outstanding and every waiter was friendly and happy to serve you. I really loved this place!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! This boutique resort is beautiful and service is 5 stars. We enjoyed sushi and champagne on the beach and romantic dinners at night. There are 2 pools, one is a very nice large negative edge pool and the other is a smaller salt water pool attached to the spa. In my opinion, Zoetry has the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive resort...you should try the ceviche. What a fabulous place!

This was our first visit to Zoetry arriving late after a 19 hour journey, we were met at the airport with a comfy air conditioned vehicle and the offer of a glass of champagne. The rooms are lovely, everything really is included (even international phone calls), there are no hidden extras and the staff are wonderful. They can't do enough for you and at no time does it feel like they are hovering for tips. The only area that could be improved was the food which was OK but we were perhaps expecting more from the quality of the resort. Can't fault the chocolate martini though!

I have worked in hotels for over 18 years and currently manage a full service Resort in Miami Beach. Both as a hotel guest and hospitality professional I can easily say this is truly a five star resort. From the welcome drinks, welcome gifts, special turndown service, daily guest news letters, complimentary spa treatments, boat rides and most importantly, the personalized service, you can't go wrong with choosing this Resort. Even my clothes were laundered and folded upon my request, WOW! Every hotel 5 diamond standard dictated by AAA was followed to the detail!

So I took the time to read the negative comments...bitten by bugs? Yes, but, what do you expect if you are going to Mexico in the middle of the summer? If you choose another Resort in the area wouldn't you be bitten by bugs as well?? Did not like the food? Well, there are four different restaurants with great options on their menus; even the staff is willing to have the chef prepare a special request (I wonder what these people eat at home). Someone complaining the gym is too far?!? Great, then you can add the walk to your exercise routine! (By the way, they will pick you up in a golf cart upon your request). I do however, recommend you replace the hairdryers and look into having a larger TV in the room, just to avoid complainers.

In short and coming from a hospitality expert, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zoetry. Big kudos to the General Manager for directing a team of true hospitality professionals!

Room Tip: Sign up for the Resort's activities ASAP as they do fill up fast.

We snuck away to Riviera Maya for a long weekend and were met at the airport by a beautiful Lincoln Navigator, bottle of champagne, and a music menu! This was indicative of the highly intimate, luxurious, and personalized weekend we were going to have. We had a spacious, airy room with two balconies, an enormous bathroom, and complimentary bottle of tequila. Every moment of this trip was picture-perfect and enjoyable. We were so pampered, we left feeling like we'd been there for a week.

This was the third time I'd visited this specific Zoetry resort and I have to say, it's not what it used to be. Within an hour of arrival, we were swarmed by these odd gnat/mosquito sort of bugs and couldn't sit on our patio. Then they came to spray chemicals, which didn't really seem to help all that much. At dinner, we were again bitten incessantly (even though we had a thick layer of bug spray on). This could have been a fluke or had something to do with the time of the year, but it was really annoying. The food is OK, but nothing special. Certainly not the same quality that it was when I visited in 2009 and 2010. The staff is all really nice and attentive though, so have to give them credit for that. Suites are nice (except for the bugs) and they keep your glasses full. I never used to hesitate to return, but will definitely check out my options next time.

As you may know, we are in a tropical environment and yes, the mosquitoes are stronger this season. We did spray an environment friendly chemical to reduce the mosquitoes.

This was our 6th time at Zoetry in the past 3 years and it only gets Better! This was a little different than the others because we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we could not have chosen a better place. Our friends at Zoetry went out of their way to insure that this was Special.
As usual, we received a beautiful suite in a location that couldn't be better. A bottle of Moet Chandon Champagne and a bouquet of flowers were waiting. Let me say this right now. The Management at Zoetry knows how to win your loyalty and also how to keep it. It's simple: Treat every customer as if they were a VIP.
We debated going to the Zoetry in Cabo just for a change, but in the end decided that visiting with our friends here was the way to go. It was a smart decision.
As usual, the suite, food and service were exceptional, but they made sure that this time was different. We were introduced to new executive chef Antonio who prepared a special Anniversary Dinner just for us. It was superb. The next night, Antonio invited us back to La Canoa for another dinner that included new items that will be on the new menu in about 2 weeks. Again-exceptional.
The next night we were invited to have dinner in the private wine cellar with the owner of the resort along with another couple. In case you don't know, this resort was built by a Mexican Architect who still owns the resort, but has an agreement with AM Resorts to manage the property. He visits often just to make sure everything is run up to his expectations. I have to say this was a great honor and thank Rafa the concierge for setting this up.
I could go on for a long time repeating all the great things about Zoetry, but all you have probably read that before and believe me, they are all true. I am truly amazed when I read a bad review because I always think these people could not have been at the same place we just experienced.
I will end this by writing about the one thing that keeps us coming back more than anything else and that is the people that work there and the personalized service they provide. Nothing is ever to much trouble for these people. Not on the menu-no problem. We will get it for you. This is the attitude of everyone who works there. And it all starts with the GM - Valter Espinosa and his go to man, Sergio in charge of the front desk and much more.
Our favorites are always the pool/beach servers who we spend to most time with and have become real friends. Miguel and Antonio are without a doubt the best, but I must also mention Federico, Victor and Pepe.
Cesar and Raul are the managers at Kaax restaurant and make every meal special and personalized. And our new friend, Ernesto, manager of La Canoa helped to make our Anniversary week even better.
We will be returning again in Jan. with 4 friends and know that once again we will be treated like VIP's and who could ask for more? Thanks to everyone at Zoetry for making our week one of the most memorable ever!
