We had an amazing stay at this family-run guesthouse. It is about 2 hours walk from Ghandruk to Komrung and then another 30-45 minutes to the guesthouse, perched on Kot Danda off the main trail. From there you can descend sharply down to Jinhu and continue to Chomrung or you can go back to Komrung and take any of three trails, one back to Ghandruk, one to Tadopani or one onwards to Chomrung.

We stumbled upon Little Paradise by chance and it was a fantastic experience. The family runs a small farming operation and most of what you eat is produced on the spot on their beautiful hilltop farm. It is basic but clean. The family is very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the area and very aware of ecological issues in the region. In their gazebo dining room they have a small but comprehensive dining room. Plant lovers will love this place as well as the father in the family also loves plants and has brought in a bunch of different ones for their exquisitely manicured garden. It does feel like a tucked away piece of paradise, especially compared to the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Annapurna region.

We stayed at Little Paradise Lodge on the way from Sinuwa to Naya Pul, on the last day of an ABC trek. We had planned to stay in Ghandruk, but instead, when passing through Kot Danda, we decided to give Little Paradise Lodge a try, after reading it's good review in Lonely Planet.

Little Paradise Lodge turned out to honestly be the nicest place we have ever stayed while trekking in Nepal (by far)! Being right on the top of a ridge, you have views of Ghandruk and Landruk on one side, and the mountains on the other. It's quiet, very clean and set in beautiful gardens, which are very relaxing. The owners are very friendly. They grow all of their own vegetables there, and their food is amazing. The rooms are clean and the shower is nice and hot.

If you're trekking near Ghandruk, I definitely recommend you stay the night at Little Paradise. It should not be missed!

We walked an extra 2 hours from tadapani after an already long day's trek, but it was worth every painful step to get to little paradise! The name is exactly what it is - peaceful surroundings, organically grown food on the property, HOT shower, western toilet, the most hospitable hosts, and the perfect escape from the normal 'tourist track' (although it is actually on the lesser-known trail between Jhinudanda hot springs and gandruk/tadapani). It was by far the highlight of our entire time in Nepal, as the views were breathtaking and we could actually enjoy them as there wasn't anyone else around and we were very content with our full bellies. Try the snickers spring roll - a speciality that is delicious!
I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area - I would even say it is worth putting in to your trekking itinerary and go out of your way for. I just wish we could have stayed longer than one night!!

Love this place. Perched on top of its own hill with spectacular views of Annapurna South, Fishtail and Huinchil. Manoj, ManPrasad and Mina are so welcoming. Great food and a hot hot solar shower. Little Paradise is a working farm, growing their own food. Cannot recommend this place high enough. Perfectly positioned just off the main trekking trail between Ghandruk and the Hot springs. If you want some peace and quiet, great vews and somewhere to rest your legs for a day or two this is the place.
