We organized our wedding near Diamond Resort and had many guests staying there. Everyone was very content. The shuttles to Boat Avenue and the beach were very convenient. Manager Khun Sewie and his assistant Khun Bank were very accomodating and Nan who supervised the nannies was also very hands-on.

We came back at 12 am with the room not cleaned after we specifically instructed housekeeping to do so. Imagine no clean towels and no toilet paper upon returning after a long day out. The last thing we wanted was to have to watch the housekeeper clean at 1am, which they did send one up. We changed room to avoid waiting for the cleaning to finish but this took several calls..

I extended our 2 rooms for an extra night because of the positive check in experience. But one of the rooms smelled really bad (sewage) so we had to change. In total, we've had luggages brought to 3 rooms for a mere 2 night stay. Our keys also did not work upon returning. So extending extra nights did not prove to be a seamless experience.

I checked in with a positive impression but left disappointed. I don't think the value for the price is there and I doubt we'll be here again.

Maybe we're just unlucky but I started with a positive impression and left with a negative one.

I booked a 3 bed room suite from this hotel. When I do the check in. Seems everything ok. Just wonder how it can said itself is a resort but never mind. When we go into our room , the areas is different t from we expected and what the worst we encountered is DRAINAGE BAD STINKY
SMELL from the master bed room. What’s worse is that the bunk bed’s ladder hasn’t even been screwed on correctly. Do you know how hygienic this hotel is. SARS is spread through the drainage system. I cannot sleep all night cause the bed smell coming from the toilet and it gets stronger and stronger.

Also the pillow is very bad . The cotton inside is uneven. Making your neck one side high and one side low. The mattress is very hard too. Even though you sit on it won’t change shape. The next day we ask for changing the room. They split our family into 2 rooms . One double room and one single room. And we ask if these two room for washing machine? Cause the one I booked have a washing machine provided. But the said these 2 rooms don’t have. But they offer to wash for us as complimentary. They remind us to put the dirty clothes inside the washing bag and be prepare before 10. We did today. And before we left the hotel for fishing , we already inform that the dirty clothes in in the room.
When we came back, the dirty clothes still in the room, the room not yet clean. It’s already 5 hours since we inform them to the cleaning. The other rooms already done. Only ours.
And we ask them to wash the clothes immediately. But they said it already passed the time and the clothes can only return to you by tomorrow. OMG, what they promised us is not a promised. And when we asked what happened, they said that the night shift hadn’t relayed the message, this, of course ended in disaster. They try to looks like a hotel but actually it is not.
And my new room air conditioner have dripping sounds. Actually every room got its own defect and not yet attended.

Rooms are very clean and well equipped. But the best thing about this hotel is the exceptionally professional and friendly staff. Special thanks to Nan and Hanna from the front desk, who make every stay here a bliss.

Just the perfect hotel for a 5 day New Year in Phuket! Ideally located nearby the best beaches/beach clubs and many good restaurants. The hotel offers 2 bedroom suites which is a blessing with kids. They even provided multi lingual babysitters!
What we liked is the personal touch throughout our stay. One of the owners being present and making sure you felt home! Highly recommended.
