Da Bacchetti is definately worth a visit if you are interested in the local Bellunese kitchen.
The restaurant has no signs/boards so it's a bit hard to spot, don't be put off by the rustique building, the food and service is quite good.
The restaurant is usually open Friday-Saturday-Sunday, service starts at 20.00 and the menu is fixed and there is no menu car. I would recommend reserving a table in advance.
The host speaks rather good English.
Expect pasta, potatoes, local fish, local beef and local wine.
The service is very attentive but the restaurant is run/staffed by two people (father+son) so have a bit of patience.
We had a 4 course meal + wine for 2 adults and 3 kids for around €60, payment in cash only.
